If any information you provide at registration changes, you are obligated to update your account details promptly. ghplay reserves the right to suspend accounts where the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or inconsistent with KYC documentation.
In accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations, ghplay requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request.

Submit a clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your chosen ID document through the ghplay account dashboard. Documents must be valid and not expired. ghplay aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of submission of complete documentation. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
ghplay reserves the right to request additional documentation for any account at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced identity verification. This right is exercised in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering obligations and is non-negotiable.
All deposits to ghplay must be made through the approved payment methods available on the Platform. Currently accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash-in. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard InstaPay or PESONet processing times.
Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours for standard accounts during regular operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account, subject to ghplay's discretion.
ghplay reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for the purposes of fraud prevention, compliance review, or bonus wagering requirement verification. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it, unless disclosure would compromise an active investigation.
All transactions on the ghplay Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ghplay does not facilitate multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are charged by ghplay on standard transactions.
ghplay offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.
Bonus Funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement, the specific value of which is stated in the applicable promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
All bonuses have a validity period, stated at the time of crediting. Bonus Funds not utilised within the validity period will be forfeited without further notice.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
ghplay reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where a Player is found to have:
ghplay reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a material change to a promotion already credited to a Player's account, ghplay will notify the affected Players as soon as reasonably practicable.
Each game available on the ghplay Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager.
All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and, where relevant, official results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., PBA, NBA, PAGCOR-approved sabong events). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of ghplay's operations team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out below.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome or display of any game, ghplay reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. ghplay does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any game or service. Winnings arising from demonstrable system errors will not be honoured.
Any dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, or account transactions must be submitted to ghplay support within 7 calendar days of the event in question. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be reviewed. ghplay will aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ghplay Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

Players who choose to self-exclude will be removed from all ghplay marketing communications immediately. ghplay will make all reasonable technical efforts to prevent a self-excluded player from accessing the Platform. Players who wish to self-exclude should contact ghplay support directly. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the elected end date.
ghplay enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years in compliance with Philippine law. Any account identified as belonging to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, play activity will be voided, and deposits will be refunded. ghplay encourages parents and guardians to utilise parental control software to prevent access by minors.
All content on the ghplay Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ghplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ghplay.
The ghplay name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of ghplay. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ghplay's trademarks, trade names, logos, or other intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ghplay shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
ghplay's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ghplay account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ghplay does not accept liability for:
ghplay collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ghplay.vip/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to ghplay's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ghplay processes personal data in compliance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have given consent).
ghplay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ghplay will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification, email to the registered address, or prominent notice on the ghplay homepage.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account before the amended Terms take effect.
The version of these Terms in force at the time of any event will govern disputes arising from that event, unless the amended Terms expressly provide otherwise.
You may close your ghplay account at any time by contacting ghplay support. Any remaining balance in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to any pending KYC requirements and after the deduction of any outstanding obligations.
ghplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct — where:
Upon termination for cause, ghplay may retain any funds in the Player's Wallet where legally permitted and may refer the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the ghplay Platform, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ghplay and the Player each agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and to waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
